PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
3D Modeling: starting from a preliminary 3D sketch, we can develop 3D structure design for practical production usage.
Prototyping: based on the 3D drawing, we can make prototypes for on-hand review as well as sale presentation.
CIRCUIT DEVELOPMENT
IC Program: based on customers' information, our IC programming engineer will choose suitable IC chips and program the toy IC accordingly to the requirement.
Circuit design: we can co-ordinate the requirement from the IC program and hardware housing to provide the most suitable and cost-effective solution in circuit design in production.
PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT
Packaging Design: based on customers' concept, we can work out feasible solutions and provide the necessary template for customers to easily applying their artwork design to packaging.

PLASTIC PRODUCTION
Injection Molding: Our factory has 50 injection machine with size ranged from 100 to 300 tons. Injection machines are equipped with robotic arms for efficient and low-cost operation.
We use wide range of materials including ABS, PP, PE, PS, TPR, PC, POM, Nylon.. etc, and are sure to meet all the needs of customers.
Blow Molding: We have 4 automatic blow mold machines which can provide design options for products with hollow structure.

All operations are done in-house so we can have full control and provide the best quality and lead time to customers.
ASSEMBLING AND PACKAGING
Our factory has 10 assembling line for labour intensive production assembling and packaging.
Sonic Welding and automatic screwing machine are utilized to improve efficiency
We do offer different type of packaging work to meet customers' need including open display box, blistering, clamshell, polybag, shrink wrapping, display tray, and floor display
QUALITY CONTROL
All our products are developed and made to fulfill strict toy safety standards including ASTM, CPSIA, and EN71. The plastic material we sourced is all imported material from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan and fulfill the chemical safety requirement of ROHS and Reach.
